THE staff was super friendly. I got welcome drinks AND nibbles in the bar. Breakfast was comprehensive AND really set me up for the day.
THE room was a little TOO warm, and I struggled to adjust the air conditioning to a comfortable level.

the shower was acceptable , it provided sufficient water pressure.
The air conditioning unit was difficult to regulate . It remained consistently cold. additionally , the lack of coffee mugs in the room was quite disappointing , especially considering the hotel's classification.

the location was acceptable, especially its closeness to the train station.
the room seemed smaller than i anticipated. dust was noticeable in the corners. i also found the ceiling had a crack, which detracted from the overall impression.

The location is very convenient as it is close to the train station. Tram access is directly in front of the hotel.
The room was too small and lacked sufficient soundproofing. I could hear every flush from the neighboring toilet. The plumbing system needs improvement. The window was too high, giving the room a dark, basement-like feel, very dissapointing. The hotel did not provide mugs or espresso in the room, standard for a four-star hotel.
